What Qualities Do Principals Look for in a New Teacher?

The Departments of Education and English Language at Azm University hosted an interactive panel discussion titled “What Qualities Do Principals Look for in a New Teacher?,” on Tuesday, February 19,2019.

The discussion aimed to address the recruitment process, the rights and responsibilities of teachers, and the characteristics of effective teachers. The school principals further addressed major topics considered important for student teachers to know as they prepare for their future jobs in education.

The panelist were Dr. Jamal Bitar (Tripoli Evangelical School), Mrs Mona Mehyo (Azm School) , Mrs. Lama Khayr (Balamand High School)and Mrs. Rima Nasr (International School; IS).
