Since the beginning of the October 17 popular uprising, the Lebanese civil war has been a recurring theme on screens, family gatherings, and social discussions. People are trying to shelter themselves from the war's curse. Amidst the panic, I decided to delve deeper into a war, that has left behind political and social crises and whose rebellions we live through to this day. In the context of my research, I analyzed the movie "West Beirut" by Lebanese director Ziad Douiri.
