Italian Ambassador leads 2nd roundtable

This was the second roundtable of a series providing the opportunity for the Tripoli community to meet with ambassadors of countries with whom Lebanon entertains significant relations.
The next roundtable, led by Turkish Ambassador Cagatay Erciyes, is scheduled for December 7. Participation in the roundtables is by invitation.
Ambassador Marotti provided participants with an overview of current relations between the two countries and answered questions on immigration, trade, tourism and European involvement in peace-keeping efforts in Lebanon and the region.
